Senior Project Manager

The post-holder will support the Programme Director in overseeing and co-ordinating the programme of activity developed and delivered by Children & the Arts, aiming to inspire young people through involvement in the arts.   

Reporting to: Programme Director
Line Managing: 2 full-time members of staff
Salary: £35-45,000 p.a., based on experience, plus pension
Contract: Full-time, permanent contract

PRINCIPAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

The post-holder will be responsible for managing a large number of projects and relationships, including the development of new ventures and the evaluation and refinement of existing activities. He/she will ensure high artistic and professional standards, liaising closely with funding and delivery partners and supporting and supervising other members of the Project Team.
