How to Enter To enter, we just need a photograph of your artwork. If you are shortlisted, we will ask you to post us the real thing. Here are the instructions for submitting your entry: Check the Terms and Conditions to make sure you have followed the rules for entering. Take a good quality photograph of your artwork. Try to take your photograph in good lighting – natural light is best. Make sure your photograph is of the whole of your artwork – don’t crop anything out. Try to capture all of the detail of your artwork – it will be easier for us to see if your artwork fills the whole frame of the photograph. Fill in the entry form with your details – download it here. Insert the photograph you have taken into the form. Tell us which category you wish to be considered for: either according to your age (11 to 15 years old, 16 to 18 years old) or if you attend a special school you can enter the SEN category. Give us your school or college contact details – this is how we will tell you if you have been shortlisted. Email your entry form to: email@example.com by Friday 31 March 2017. If you miss the deadline, we won’t be able to accept your entry. That’s it – you’ve entered! If you have made it to the shortlist, you will hear from us – via your school or college – by the end of April 2017. Sadly, we won’t be able to contact everyone else who entered, so if you have not heard from us by the end of April, you have not made it to the shortlist. If you have any questions, email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call 020 3326 2230. To download a pdf of these instructions, please click here.
