You can choose to support Children & the Arts individually, or with family, friends or colleagues, and there are lots of fun ways to raise money!

We are on hand to help and have even included some ideas below. If you'd like to get in touch with the team directly, please contact Nathalie Cooper, Development Coordinator, 020 3326 2239.

Four ways you can fundraise for Children & the Arts today

Children & the Cakes

Host a baking competition with a twist where the contestants bake cakes inspired by their favourite works of art. Make it pay to play, or turn it into a bake sale and crown the person who sells the most cakes the winner! You could even get everyone in your school or office to try each cake and pay what they think it's worth.

Art Auction

Put on an art auction evening in your school or office for colleagues, parents and friends, and get local artists to donate work. If you’re fundraising in your school, you can auction off students’ arts works or if you’re hosting the evening at work, why not get children from the local schools involved?

Summer / Christmas Fete

Hold a fete in your school selling arts and crafts made by your students. You can even include performances from your students and invite local artisans to take get involved. Or if fundraising at work, ask your colleagues to set up stalls and get in touch with schools in the area to see if they’d like to be involved.

Mufti Day (with a difference)

Pay for the privilege of scrapping your work attire or school uniform for a day. Add a twist by making it fancy dress and encouraging participants to come dressed as their favourite literary character, artist or art work.

Or why not get involved with our campaign – Colour Me Happy! Dress in one colour or pattern for the day, tweet a team photo @childrenandarts using #ColourMeHappy and be in with a chance of being chosen as the winner by Art Attack’s Neil Buchanan.
