Enjoy an exhibition that promises to transport the visitor into a world of craftsmanship, skill and tradition today. Gathering together an eclectic selection of traditional ‘Georgian’ arts and crafts practiced in the 21st century, objects range from silk wallpaper and chandeliers to carved stone sculpture and ceiling designs.

Work by the most promising recent graduates features alongside the most experienced practitioners in the UK: this is an exhibition that displays talent from across the spectrum of British craftsmanship.

History, architecture, art and design come together with exciting relevance to craft today.

Free Demonstrations: Saturdays 4, 11, 18 and 25 February 12-3pm. Come and join practitioners as they demonstrate their skill and share their knowledge of the world of heritage. Staged in the lower level of 6 Fitzroy Square, these Saturday events offer the perfect opportunity to see how it all works and to put questions to the makers themselves.

Free Try it Yourself Workshops: Sundays 5, 12, 19 February 1&3pm. Fran Herrick leads professional walk-in sessions in the lower level of Fitzroy Square where you and your family can try your hand at creating Georgian shell mosaics and plaster-of-Paris moulds to take home. You could soon be designing a shell chandelier!
