HRH Princess Eugenie of York announces 'Be Inspired' art auction HRH Princess Eugenie of York has officially announced the Be Inspired Contemporary Art Auction in aid of Children & the Arts, taking place at Christie’s, King Street on Wednesday 8 March, as part of their Post-War and Contemporary Art Sales, including a selection of works for Christie's online sale from 4-13 April. Speaking about her patronage of the Be Inspired charity auction, HRH Princess Eugenie of York, said: "I am truly inspired by the amazing work Children & the Arts does to improve the lives of disadvantaged children. For more than a decade, the charity has been using the arts to help children overcome the unfair barriers that can hold back confidence, self-worth and attainment. This auction will give them the vital funds they need to continue to be there for the many children in the UK that need their support." HRH Princess Eugenie of York The auctions offer an exciting selection of contemporary art from artists such as Martin Creed, Jake and Dinos Chapman, Jonas Burgert, Gavin Turk and Bernar Venet. Marius Bercea, Riviera of Restless Shining 4, 2015 Jonas Burgert, Trifft, 2017 Chris Succo, Untitled , 2016 You can find the full list of artists and their works here In her professional role at leading contemporary art gallery Hauser & Wirth in London, HRH Princess Eugenie of York, kindly secured the piece by Martin Creed for the charity sale.
