Roll out of the Unilever International Schools Art Project 2008/9

The Unilever International Schools Art Project, now in its eighth year, encourages young people from around the world to create a painting, a sculpture or a small installation on a given theme. Over 125,000 children have taken part since the project’s inception.

UISAP & The Unilever Series

The initiative is linked to The Unilever Series of contemporary art commissions at Tate Modern, and it encourages young people to create original work on a given theme that relates to the work of the commissioned artist for The Unilever Series. The artist Dominique Gonzalez-Foerster is currently creating the ninth commission in The Unilever Series, and her work has inspired this year’s UISAP theme, Spaces and Places.
