Children & the Arts is looking for a new Project Administrator to join their projects team, working to support various aspects of project planning across a variety of art forms, office/general administration and assistance with online communications.

The role presents a great opportunity for the post holder to build on their existing skills, working with the team to deliver educational arts projects in schools and arts venues through the charity’s Quest, Start and Start Hospices programmes and other related events, offering a great platform for personal and professional development.

In addition, the Project Administrator will be responsible for general/office management, including HR procedures and diary maintenance. The post holder will provide support at the charity’s fundraising events, and will have the opportunity to attend teacher CPD days, school workshops and finale performances at partner arts venues.

The successful applicant will join the staff of Children & the Arts in the charity’s office in Shoreditch, London (please note the office is moving to Bethnal Green in Summer 2015).
