Children & the Arts is the only national educational charity committed to ensuring that all children in the UK are inspired by the arts.

We engage with disadvantaged children nationwide who do not have access to high-quality arts activity because of either social or economic barriers or health limitations. Through a network of partners we use the arts as a platform to inspire and enable personal and social development amongst those who are hardest to reach.

Our internship scheme is an excellent opportunity to gain fundraising experience in an educational children’s charity.

With no Government funding, we need to raise £1million each year and our exciting plans for growth depend fundamentally on our ability to sustain and enhance the momentum of our Development Strategy and the Development Intern will play a key role in achieving this.
