Children & the Arts are delighted that the ‘Summer Magic’ concert in Crowborough raised over £2000 to be split between The Prince’s Foundation for Children & the Arts and the Brain Tumour Research Campaign.

The concert was a celebration of local talent, with a performance by dancers from the Caroline Wright School of Dance, musicians and actors.

‘“Summer Magic” is a brilliant example of how the performing arts can inspire and entertain’ said Jeremy Newton, Chief Executive of Children & the Arts ‘We are delighted at how successful the performance was, and very grateful for the donation.’

If you would like to purchase a DVD, you can order one by phoning 01892 668350. Each one costs is £16.99 inc p&p.  After recovery of filming costs a commission from each DVD will go to Children & the Arts and The Brain Tumour Research Campaign.

Plans are now being developed to produce an expanded ‘Christmas Magic’ version of the show in 2013, again raising funds for both Children & the Arts and the Brain Tumour Research Campaign.
