Looking for a motivational arts teacher training day?

Catalyst is a programme of inspiring arts based professional development days which take place throughout the UK, organised by The Prince’s Foundation for Children & the Arts.

Each Catalyst day is held in a stunning cultural venue. During the day teachers work with professional artists to focus on interactive and innovative teaching ideas designed for Key Stage Two pupils.

Teachers will work with three art forms, ranging from poetry, visual arts, drama, storytelling, dance or music. At the end of the day each participant receives a 120 page resource book, which provides a lasting resource and contains sixty arts activities that can be used in the classroom.

“ I found the training very useful and helpful, it gave me the confidence to tell stories in the class and use music to invent [our] own dance connected with the topic.”
TEACHER, BRISTOL
